Deposit:

1.1. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to initiate the application process.

1.2. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal of application, change of mind, or failure to secure the desired position.

Confirmation of Position:

2.1. Once the Company receives the deposit, any confirmation of a position will be communicated to the client via email. This communication serves as confirmation and does not necessarily constitute an offer letter.

2.2. Upon receiving the confirmation of position, the client becomes responsible for the agreed-upon amount for the position.

Payment and Non-Refundability:

3.1. The agreed-upon amount for the position becomes due and non-refundable upon the client’s receipt of the confirmation of position. (Which does not include an offer letter)

3.2. The non-refundability of the payment is to adequately compensate for the efforts and resources invested by the Company and its personnel in securing the position for the client.

Refund Exception:

4.1. Refunds will only be considered and processed if the client’s J1 visa application is rejected.

4.2. In the event of a J1 visa rejection, the client must provide proof of rejection by emailing it to support@www.lifelineconsultancy.com.

4.3. The refund, limited to the amount paid for the position, will be transferred back to the original source of payment within a reasonable timeframe after the proof of rejection has been received and verified by the Company.

Dispute Resolution:

5.1. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this refund policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia and the jurisdiction of Cobb County.

5.2. Both parties agree to waive their rights to a trial by jury and instead submit to arbitration for the resolution of any disputes.

5.3. The arbitration process shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and procedures of a recognized arbitration organization agreed upon by both parties.
